The new Saillerhof offers space for an underground car park, shops, offices and apartments on an area of over 6,500 m².
The building complex consists of a single-storey underground car park and the shopping area on the ground floor. A three- to four-storey superstructure consisting of three buildings is situated above. The building was erected as a reinforced concrete construction using flat slabs, cast-in-place concrete columns and wall slabs.
In addition to the foundation slab with coves, the foundation is also provided by the piles required to secure the excavation pit.
