The project “Monsbergergasse 5” is a new building with 4 above-ground storeys and an underground car park. With the new building 16 new apartments were realized. The ground plan dimensions are approx. 31.0 m x 11.0 m. The building height is approx. 13.5 m.

The building was erected as a reinforced concrete construction using flat slabs, cast-in-place concrete columns and wall slabs as apartment partitions. A masonry was used for the exterior walls of the apartment. The apartment partitions on the ground floor were designed as floor-to-ceiling wall panels that distribute the building keys from the upper floors onto the columns and walls of the underground car park.
