The extensive conversion and extension of the old mill building into an innovative office building in the overall ensemble of Pottenbrunn Castle was carried out in collaboration with the architectural studio Mikula+Partner.
Retaining the existing exteriior and stairwell walls, a 4 storey high load-bearing structure was constructed inside the shell (all existing ceilings and roof trusses were demolished).
