Building Site East of the Med-Campus Graz has an approximated total length of 103 metres and a total width of 57 metres. The building is made up of 8 storeys, three of which are below ground level. On the southern side of the building, the structure will be attached directly to the already constructed buildings of phase 1 of the campus. The storeys from floor 02 to floor 06 are made up of 4 separate towers connected by individual bridges. Due to the given geometry and spans, the load-bearing structure of the building is composed of reinforced concrete components.
