The project “Arnold-Luschin-Gasse-2” is an extension with 3 new floors onto an existing building. In the increase, 27 new apartments with appr. 2700 m² were realized. The ground plan dimensions are approx. 14.5 m x 36.0 m. The superstructure has a height of approx. 10.8 m.
Since the geometry of the new load bearing axis of the increase only partially coincides with the intended bearing points in the old roof, a reinforced concrete grid was carried out for the load distribution. The resulting cavity is used for building services.
