UNH 2.0 Kundmanngasse – Facade

The office building, located in Vienna, Kundmanngasse 21, which was built in 1976, will be completely refurbished and expanded by an extension. The main building has a height of approx. 53m. The office building serves as the headquarters for the Federation of Social Security.
Our scope of services covered the glass and façade construction
The following façades were installed:
– Curtain wall system ca. 4600m²
– Mullion-transom façade ca. 3300m²
– Composite window including attic ca.370m
– Technical Center
– Attic cladding
– Soffit metal sandwich panels
