Next to the existing building SSI Schaefer IT Solutions is erecting a new office building in Friesach with a gross floor space of approx. 1000 m².

The new building is designed as a multi-storey, partly basement “hanging house”. The floor plan dimensions are approx. 60.2 x 20.2 m. The maximum building height above ground is approx. 23.7 m.

The structure is designed as a composite construction, whereby the outer sides (in the area of the facade) are suspended from above by steel drawbars. Due to the described construction no supports on the outside are required on the ground floor.
