The residential buildings were constructed as two-storey, non-basement buildings in timber construction.
The main load-bearing structure consists of wall panels made of cross-laminated timber and supports and beams made of solid wood or glulam. The ceiling above the ground floor is made of cross-laminated timber. The ceiling above the 1st floor is realized as a beam constructions with plating. The roof construction is a purlin roof.
