The so-called Tattenbachhaus on the site of the Geriatric Health Centers has undergone a comprehensive, monument-preserving renovation and redesign adapted to the historical building structure. For this purpose, badly damaged dippel tree and wooden tram ceilings were upgraded or rebuilt in timber construction. Due to massive damage to the wood, only the main framework of the historic baroque roof truss (approx. 1670) was preserved, with the bundle beams being partially replaced by steel members. To access the building, the existing staircase will be supplemented by a new elevator and a new wooden staircase to the top floor The pavilion/orangery at the garden entrance is a steel construction.
