Extension:
The construction project “Mariengasse 43” is a 4-storey office building with a full basement. The supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete ceilings that are supported on both columns and walls. The building is braced horizontally on the one hand via the elevator and stairwell walls and on the other hand via the external walls.

Modification:
In the course of the renovation work, the existing building will be expanded by one floor. The load-bearing structure of the extension consists of a reinforced concrete structure that rests on steel supports that are led to the existing foundations. It is essential here that the portfolio does not experience any negative effects from the increase. The horizontal bracing of the building is carried out using upgraded or newly planned walls.
