The residential building, using a modular space system (Kiubo building system), is located in the Lend district of Graz in the immediate vicinity of MySmartCityGraz and the main train station.

The supporting structure is made of flat slabs on supports and wall panels made of reinforced concrete. The surfaces of the slabs are mostly sloped and some have even to carry intensive vegetation.

The residential units are prefabricated in wood and are only lifted and pushed into the reinforced concrete skeleton.
